Student Affairs IT provides both pick-up and delivery of equipment. Each request is handled individually and can be customized for the staff member requesting equipment. Options available include:
Equipment will be available for pick-up in the Student Affairs IT office (SSB 140) on the day and time requested. If someone other than the contact on the request will be picking up the equipment, please alert Student Affairs IT.
Student Affairs IT will deliver the equipment requested to any location on campus. The staff make every attempt to deliver equipment prior to the time requested; however, it is important to include additional time prior to the meeting/event should set-up be required.
Requests can be made for Student Affairs IT to set-up the equipment reserved. The staff make every attempt to deliver and set-up equipment prior to the time requested; however, it is important to include additional time prior to the meeting/event so that set-up can occur before the meeting/event begins.
Student Affairs IT will pick-up the equipment after the meeting/event is completed, unless the staff member making the request indicates they will be returning the equipment to Student Affairs IT.
When a laptop is returned, the Student Affairs IT Help Desk will remove any documents saved to the laptop and return it to the original settings for the next person's request.
